Preparation of the appointment

If you have decided to set-up a trading company,
the form below will help you to establish a first contact with the consultancy office for setting up trading companies from the Chamber of Commerce, without spending time or money on travelling.

Wat you have to do is to fill in the requested data.

 
Step 1.
Legal form of the trading company you intend to set-up

SRL SA SCA SNC SCS

Step 2.

The intended denomination of the company.

Step 3.

The registered capital of the newly set-up company:    lei
Remark:
1. the minimum amount for the SRL is 2.000.000 lei.
2. the minimum amount for the SA and SCA is 25.000.000 lei.
3. for the SNC and SCS no minimum capital is required.
Step 4.

The object of activity of the company you are going to set-up. Describe the activities of the future company and do not forget to specify the main object of activity.

Step 5.

Administrators and representatives of the company:
number of administrators/representatives:

For each administrator/representative you must specify the following data in the case:

name and given name, citizenship, date and place of birth, domicile, tipe of ID: series and number of the document, date of issue and the issuing authority.

Step 6.

Data on the partners/shareholders

number of partners/shareholders:

For the partners/shareholders if natural persons you must send the following:

name and given name, citizenship, date and place of birth, domicile, ID - series and number, date of issue and issuing authority, contribution to the registered capital

For the partners/shareholders if legal persons you must send the following data:

denomination, nationality, registration number and lace of registration, headquarters, contribution to the registered capital, representative (name and given name, citizenship, date and place of birth, domicile, ID)
