VII. Expenses related to the setting-up of trading companies

The fee for the registration procedure is calculated in accordance with the value of the patrimony (subscribed capital) recorded in the setting-up document, the company contract, bylaw, for legal persons being of 2% but minimum 60.000 HUF and maximum 600.000 HUF applicable under the form of stamp fee on the request form for the registration.

The publicity expenses for the KFT with a registered capital of 3 mill. HUF is 20.000 HUF which will be paid at the Savings House in account no. 10032000-01483305-00000000 of the Ministry of Justice and the copy of the cheque, which proves the payment, is appended to the registration form. The Savings House forms are to be found at the Courthouses where the Trade Registry is.

The amounts due to the mandatory lawyers to draw up the documents and represent the company during the registration procedure are set by free negotiation.
